How do you overcome your inner self? During Quarantine, it was very helpful for me to include some sports activities - may it have been only 10-15 minutes - into my daily Routine. I felt happier afterwards. Moreover, I felt llike my body got more active so that I - after having completed the short workout - was again eager to sit down and do the things I had to finish the day. However, on some days, it was really hard to overcome my inner self. Even though I knew I would feel better afterwards, I was not able to do the workout. Maybe some of you guys face the same issues and have some tips for me which we can share with the community as well to all get the most out of it?
Nothing in recent history has impacted our daily lives quite as much as Corona has... It's a big stretch to think that other things too have happened in 2020 (don't forget about the "almost WW3" or the devastating bushfires in Australia).
